Sliced Braised Pork Shoulder served along with garlic sauce.
Our History
Lao Cai Restaurant began as a humble street stall selling Xi’an liangpi (cold rice noodles) and roujiamo (stewed meat sandwiches). With its unique flavors and authentic taste, it quickly gained popularity among locals. Gradually, it grew from a single small stall to several, eventually evolving step by step into Lao Cai Restaurant, a place known for blending Shaanxi-style snacks with rich, hearty hot pot. As a Chinese restaurant with 15 years of history, we’ve been dedicated to bringing the most authentic Shaanxi flavors to North America in their truest form—including our signature rich hot pot, which, once tasted, we guarantee will leave you with unforgettable memories.
